Shipping policy

Fuel Hub offers nationwide delivery to any address, including your workplace, training facility or stadium.

 

Ordering

Orders are placed by you (the customer) a minimum of 5 days before the delivery date. We can deliver to you 6 days a week, excluding Mondays. This allows us to run a zero-waste business model. Your dedicated account manager is always on hand to assist you with ordering. If you do require a Monday delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate based on order quantity and location.

 

Delivery

All orders are shipped via DPD, the day before your desired delivery date. Orders will arrive before midday on the day of your delivery. Your order will arrive in temperature-controlled packaging, and you can manage your delivery preferences in the DPD app.

 

Delivery Costs

Delivery cost is £9.95 per box of 16 meals.

 

Can I track my order?

Your dispatch email will include a tracking number, and all our shipping services are tracked at every stage of the delivery until your order is delivered to you. On your chosen delivery day, you will receive a text message from DPD providing you with a specific time slot.
